Parents will have the opportunity to have their children aged between 2 to 6 years old, looked after and cared for in a fun and safe environment. We aim to provide a high-quality service and care for kids by using accredited staff and ensuring all appropriate guidelines are followed.

Each session we will have a theme with a variety of inter-connected Learn & Play activities to provide an inspired & engaging experience for your kids. Our focus is on Fun Learning!

 Currently we are running sessions, every third Saturday once a month. 

Our next session is on  Saturday 19th October 2024.

HOW TO BOOK:

Please make your booking on the Magic bookings page & fill out the Enrolment form. 

Bookings are essential & will close 7 days before scheduled session. If bookings have closed for a session, please contact us directly & we will do our best to accomodate your request. Please check our bookings session for regular updates. 

You will be sent out a Child Profile form to help  assist us in getting to know your child! 

SIGNING IN & SIGNING OUT:

Please ensure that the same person dropping of your child, is the same person that will be picking up the child as well. 

If a different person will be picking up your child, you will need to add their details to their enrolment form & please advise us before the session. You will need to provide us with their full details & written consent that you allow this person to pick up your child. Their photo ID will be checked when your child is being signed out. 

WHAT TO BRING ON THE DAY:  (per child)

• Change of clothes x3
• 3-4 Nappies/nappy pants/undies
• Sunhat
• Water bottle

  Snacks are included. Children will need to bring their own food if they have special requirements. (No foods with nuts allowed), & please provide any sensitive wipes or sunscreen if preferred. Please make sure all items are labelled where possible. 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: 

Bookings can be cancelled with a full refund if requested 7 days before a scheduled session. 

Any bookings cancelled within 7 days prior to scheduled session or the day, will be refunded 50% of the booking cost. 

Please note some sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled due to venue or staff unavailability but will endeavour to avoid cancellations to the best of our ability. You will be notified as soon as possible of any changes. 

Please refrain from bringing unwell children to the session. As a duty of care, we may ask you to take your child home if they are unwell.
